i got my hero's handbook incomplete it seams i need 3.4.5.7.9.12 to be added
how can i add them? or do i need to do those quests again ?

Talk to one of the NPCs that hands out the Handbooks. You can "buy" the missing pages for 100g each. Note that it only works 1 time.

If you have done the "missions" needed for the primary storyline, but did not have a handbook with you, you can still get them inscribed by paying the NPC that gives you the book.

when you pay to have a book filled in you get more than the money back. you can also get the quests again from the scrying pool in the eye of the north.
